Hello, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, and owner of HelioPlains Recovery Massage. My practice is primally comprised with athletic recovery, performance and clinical recovery.

In both my professional and personal practice of health and wellness, my goal is to support and encourage balance between relaxation and strengthening; empowering the individual via safe, therapeutic soft tissue manipulation and quality, health and fitness education.

I am a large advocate to giving back to the community, frequently volunteering my time, practice and resources to numerous different organizations year after year.

Hi, I’m Ryan Caswell, LMT, owner of Cas_Therapy and in partnership with HelioPlains Recovery Massage. I have always aspired to be a professional athlete but was frequently sidelined due to injuries.

Collaborating with my health care team, including; massage therapists, it not only facilitated my healing but also inspired a deep interest in the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and nervous system.

Today, I specialize in clinical massage therapy, emphasizing soft tissue manipulation and targeted techniques. By integrating comprehensive knowledge from various health disciplines, I help clients enhance mobility, accelerate injury recovery, and achieve lasting solutions beyond the immediate temporary relief.
